ajo303 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account status and payment method. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-3 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must be made from a financial account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. ajo303 reserves the right to return any third-party deposits to the source account and close the receiving Account.
ajo303 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which ajo303 is not responsible.
Withdrawals can be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. For security purposes, withdrawals must be processed to a financial account registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.

ajo303 strives to process withdrawal requests within 3 minutes for verified accounts. However, first-time withdrawals, large amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000, or withdrawals triggering security reviews may take up to 24 hours for processing. Withdrawals requested on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays.
All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to the deposit amount only, not winnings. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in Section 7 below.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed by ajo303. Once a withdrawal is approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet, it cannot be reversed.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game round will be completed according to the game provider's rules. ajo303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, you will forfeit all bonus funds and pending bonuses. Legitimate winnings from completed wagers may be withdrawn subject to KYC verification.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending wagers must be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo303 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with ajo303 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the jurisdiction, waiving any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
